Tube Manufacturer, Henry Morgan. Wellington Works, Floodgate Street, Birmingham, Cycle Chain and Pedal Manufacturer (late Works Manager for R. F. Hall M.F.G. Co. Limited), Frederick Ernest Hanman, National Cycle Saddle Works, Sydenham, Birmingham (Cycle Saddle Manufacturer). The Company has been formed to purchase, carry on, and extend, the business of Steel Tube Manufacturers now carried on by Messrs. C. Hudson and Collier, at their Seamless Tube works, Plume Street, Aston, Birmingham. The business has been recently established by Messrs. C. Hudson and Collier for the purpose of Seamless Steel Tubes for cycles, boilers and many other for which, as is well known, there is a large and increasing demand.[1]
