Chandler
Chandler was a motorcycle produced in 1921, by J. P. Chandler of St Botolph's Road, Shepherdswell, near Dover
It was a miniature machine, based on a ladies' safety-cycle with sprung forks. It had a 1.5hp JES engine fitted to the frame, behind the steering wheel, and was very lightweight at 80lb/36kg.
