1911 Living at Woodleigh, Shibden Head, near Halifax: Edward Hornby Foster (age 41 born Queensbury), Manufacturer Mohan and Alpeca Yarmondun Fords Sila Dealer & C. With his wife Florence Ruth Foster (age 39 born Bradford), daughter Beatrice Dorothy Foster (age 8 born Northowram) and son Laurence Edward Anderton Foster (age 4 born Northowram).[1]

1939 Edward H Foster 70, managing director, worsted spinner, lived in Queenbury with Florence R Foster 67, Mary G R Foster 42[2]
