'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned William Wakeham Martin and James Wakeham Martin carrying on business in the Exe Island, in the county of the city of Exeter, as Ironfounders, Smithy and Engineers, under the style or firm of Martin and Son, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
