1971 ICFC acquired Amalgamated Textiles and Industrial Holdings together with some of its subsidiaries Halle-Models and Peter Kirkland, manufacturers of lingerie and childrens clothing at Macclesfield, Leek and Long Eaton. A new holding company, Halle-Models (Holdings) Ltd, was incorporated. [1]

1986 Registered office was in Macclesfield
