By 1918 a company of the same name was at 59, Poole Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth.

1921 Edward Ross Lowe was chairman. The company held an EGM at the Seamoor Motor and Engineering Works, Poole-road, Bournemouth, and decided it should be wound up voluntarily[1]
