1944 Allan and Dey Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £10,000, to take over and carry on the businesses of fish merchants and fishcurers carried on at Poynernook Road and Raik Road, Aberdeen, under the name of Allan & Dey.[2]
In recent years the company has moved into salmon farming and processing while still trading in fresh, frozen, smoked and shellfish products.
