1915 The West of Scotland Wringer Company Limited, 52 St Enoch Square, Glasgow, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £2,000, to manufacture, repair, and deal in wringers, mangles, carpet sweepers, washing machines, knife-cleaners, etc.[1]
1937 Listed Exhibitor - British Industries Fair. Further improvements in Design and Colour Finishes are incorporated in our "Briton", "Britisher" and "Paragon" Wringers. We again have new models, including a low priced Enclosed Wringer. All fully guaranteed. (Stand No. A.411) [2]
1973 The company changed its name to Carnscot Engineers Limited.[3]
1998 The company was dissolved.[4]
