Presumably the UK end of Julian Kennedy's consulting organisation - in partnership with Axel Sahlin

1908 Axel Sahlin advised J. N. Tata during his US visit on the Indian iron industry[1]

1913 At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company held at 52, Rue du Congres, Brussels, Belgium, it was decided that the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Axel Sahlin, of 52, Rue du Congres, Brussels, be appointed Liquidator[2]
