All debts due and owing to and from the said dissolved Partnership will be received and paid in due course by the said John Ryland the younger [1]
1840 John Ryland the younger of the firm of John Ryland the younger and William Chapman, of Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, Mill and Press Makers, Dealers and Chapmen, and copartners in trade, trading under the firm of John Ryland and Company, was adjudicated bankrupt on the 14th day of April, 1840[2]
