'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Ambler and Jeremiah Ambler, carrying on business at Baildon, in the parish of Otley, and at Eldwick, in the parish of Bingley, both in the county of York, or elsewhere, as Worsted Stuff Manufacturers and Malsters, under the style or firm of Jeremiah Ambler, was dissolved by mutual consent...'[1]
1970 Merged with Robert Clough, and C. F. Taylor and Co, to form British Mohair Spinners.[2]
