1872 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Ambler and Jeremiah Ambler, carrying on business at Baildon, in the parish of Otley, and at Eldwick, in the parish of Bingley, both in the county of York, or elsewhere, as Worsted Stuff Manufacturers and Malsters, under the style or firm of Jeremiah Ambler, was dissolved by mutual consent...'[1]
1875 Partnership change. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Jeremiah Ambler, John Ambler, Jeremiah Ambler the younger, Edward Sinks Ambler, George Ambler, and Samuel Ambler, carrying on business in copartnership at the Midland Mills, in Bradford, in the county of York, or elsewhere, as Wool Combers and Worsted Spinners, under the style or firm of Jeremiah Ambler and Sous, was dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of December, 1874, so far as regards the undersigned Jeremiah Ambler and Jeremiah Ambler the younger....'[2]
