1940 Company founded

1946 Began manufacturing tobacco machinery at the request of W. D. and H. O. Wills; successfully developed a parcelling machine based on Will's master patents.

Supplied this machine to all of Imperial Tobacco Co's branches.

1949 Imperial granted the company a licence to supply machines on the open market in any part of the world.
