1909 Incorporated as a limited company. The Reynolds family seem to have lost contact with the company at this point.

Specialities: compasses, sextants, lamps, charts, books, sounding machines, "Palinurus", "Odometer" and "Pendant" patent logs, "Volta" azimuth mirror and compass, "Reynold's patent pole compass, binoculars, telescopes etc. [1]
