1828 Married at Winchester to Anna Oates (1810-1872)

c.1848 Birth of son Benjamin Charles Harvey

1850 November 22nd. Benjamin died at his residence in Surbiton age 54.[1]

1851 Residng at 9 Lowndes terrace: Anne Harvey (age 39 born Winchester), Draper (and widowed). With her daughter Edith and son Benjamin Barvey (age 3 born Essex). Also her sister Sarah Beale, a nephew Philip Watson (age 16), her brother Aldred Oates (age 33) and eleven other staff (shop workers).[2]

1872 March 26th. His widow Anne, 50 Boltons, South Kensington, died. Probate to Benjamin Charles Harvey 'her son and partner'. (also James Nichols and Joseph Watson who renounced).[3] Buried at Brompton Cemetery
