1972 Formation of the company by merger of:[1]

1973 The group had a deliberate focus on serving the brewing industry but was broadly based with a diverse range of manufactured products.

1975 Acquired A. Robinson (Engineering Services) from its receiver[2]

1987 New management took over

1988 Management buyout of the drinks dispensing machinery part of Porter-Lancastrian[3]

1988 Sold Offshore Drilling Supplies of Aberdeen in order to focus on consumer products, leisure, distribution, etc[4]

1999 The company was concentrated on label printing; it was acquired by a US company in a similar area[5]
