'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, as Coal Miners, in the parishes of Mangotsfield and Bitton, in the county of Gloucester, under the firm or style of Whittuck Brothers, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.— Dated this 30th day of April, 1853.
