Fergus Motors of America, Newark, New Jersey.
'The team of Joe Ferguson, James McKee, Roland Chilton and Frank Eves designed and built at least two Fergus cars before a row in 1914 which ended with Joe leaving for America and taking his plans with him. At home, Harry joined McKee, Chilton and Eves to build the follow-on to the Fergus - the O. D. Car'[1]
1915 Initially designed in Belfast by James A. McKee, assisted by Roland Chilton and Frank Eves
Because of WW1 production was planned to commence in USA but only a couple were made
1920 Sold in UK by J. B. Ferguson and Co
