1877 Description of new mill.Boilers by J. C. Stephenson and Son, of Preston, 27ft. by 7ft 90 psi. Engines: Clayton, Goodfellow, and Co., of BlackburnHorizontal compound, high pressure cylinder 29in., and the low pressure 48in. diameter, 5ft. 6in. stroke, to run 4U strokes per minute, and they can worked, understand, with great economy to indicated horse-power.
