1843 Successors to Stoddart, Knight & Mather: Partnership dissolved in 1843 between 'Henry Stoddart, John Knight, and Thomas Mather, of Bolton-le-Moors, millwrights, (so far as regards Thos. Mather.)' [2]
1845 Partnership dissolved between Henry Stoddart and John Knight, carrying on business as Engineers, Millwrights, and Iron Founders, All debts to or owing by the late Partnership Firm be received and paid by John Knight.'[3]
