By 1970 Unbrako Socket Screw Co had been renamed Unbrako Ltd[1]

1970 Tube Investments disposed of much of its interest in Churchill Tools and Services, distributors of small tools, mostly to Unbrako including distribution of socket sets and cutting and hand tools[2]
