1961 Renamed I. E. C. Sieger Ltd

By 1978 had been renamed J. and S. Sieger Ltd

1983 Renamed Sieger Ltd

1985 Acquired Telsec Process Analysers Ltd; the company was involved in manufacture of gas detection, scientific analytical and telecommunications equipment, provision of engineering services and import and promotion of air conditioning and filtration equipment[1]
