1825 Listed as engravers to calico printers[1]

1835 Death notice: 'On the 3rd. ultimo, at Taunton, Massachussetts, U. S., of apoplexy, aged 46, Mr. Jeremiah Ansell, formerly of the firm of Messrs. J. and W. Ancell, engravers to calico-printers, of this town. To strong natural and acquired abilities he united an amiability of disposition which endeared him to his friends in this country, as well as to those with whom he has been in more immediate connection for the last several years, in the United States. His loss is deeply lamented by all who knew him.'[2]
