'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Richard Horsfall and Robert Ewbank, carrying on business as Liquorice Cake Manufacturers, at the Eagle Works, Pontefract, in the county of York, under the style or firm of Horsfall and Ewbank, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 30th day of September, 1892.
