1873 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately existing between the undersigned, James Hepworth and Henry Hepworth, as Woollen Manufacturers, at Batley Carr, in Dewsbury, in the county of York, under the firm of J. Hepworth and Son, was dissolved, on the 1st day of October instant, by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing from the said firm will be received and paid by the said Henry Hepworth and Mr. Henry Hatt Cook, by whom the said business will in future be carried on at the same place, under the firm of Cook, Hepworth and Co...'[1]
1891 Henry Hatt Cook was bankrupt; he was a Woollen Manufacturer, trading with William Satchell Cook and Henry Hepworth, as Cook, Hepworth, and Company[2]
