1986 TI Group established the company as a subsidiary to hold part of the manufacturing activities of TI Reynolds

1996 Coyote Sports Inc. acquired TI Reynolds 531 Ltd. and renamed the company Reynolds Cycle Technology Ltd.

1999 Coyote Sports Inc. filed for Chapter 11 but the UK-based Reynolds continued operations on metallic tubing. Reynolds Composites LLC in California started production of carbon fibre forks.

2000 A management buy-out led by Keith Noronha. Reynolds Composites LLC remains a separate entity based in CA, USA. Manufacturing of metallic products continues at the Tyseley facility. The company is named Reynolds Cycle Technology (2000) Ltd.
