1974 ITT acquired Alfred Teves, German manufacturer of brakes, and other European component manufacturers. Planned to open a factory in Wales[1]. This is now (2025) Continental Teves UK, at Ebbw Vale. Presumably a subsidiary of Continental Tyre and Rubber Co?
