1932. Lieut Christoper Hall sues Brooklands for injuries incurred on 9th May 1930 at Brooklands. At the time he was a student at the Royal Naval College, Greenwich. Defendants are:

  • Arthur Wingrove Fox of The Cottage, Chatley, Cobham
  • Evans Charles Rabagliata of 11 Chelsea Embankment, London

He wins and is awarded £988.
