1845 'York, 31st January 1845. NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership lately existing between us the undersigned, Thomas Price, Thomas Backhouse, James Meek, and Joseph Spence, as Glass Manufacturers, in or near the city of York, under the name or style of the York Flint Glass Company, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.'
