The Co-operative Wholesale Society (CWS) started assembling chassis in Manchester 1919.

0.75, 1 and 1.5 ton chassis were produced with all using 2.5 litre engines.

In 1922 a Dorman-engined 1.5 - 2 ton chassis with overhead worm drive was produced.

1925 all production ceased.
