1879 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Fouriner and Francis William Cope, carrying on business as Bicycle Manufacturers and General Engineers, at Melksham, in the county of Wilts, under the style or firm of Fournier and Cope, was dissolved, on the 24th day of July, 1879, by mutual consent...'[1]
