1935 Public company incorporated to acquire Armstrong's Patents Co[1]

1949 Sold subsidiary Kolectric Ltd because Armstrongs needed the space in the factory[2]

1961 Armstrong Shock Absorbers changed its name to Armstrong Equipment[3]
