1969 Merged with the much larger Stelrad to form Hattersley Stelrad, which was 41 percent owned by Hattersley[2] [3]. Hattersley Stelrad was (re)floated on the Stock Exchange[4]
1970 Introduced Verona back boiler[5]
1971 Name changed to Stelrad Group[6]
