Alfred Dodman
Alfred Dodman (1832-1908), born at Tichwell, Norfolk, had been apprenticed to the well-known engineering firm of Clayton and Shuttleworth of Lincoln, and in 1850 set up his own business as Alfred Dodman and Co in King's Lynn.
