'DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. WHEREAS the Partnership formerly subsisting between Mr. James Brundred, who is lately dead, and Mr. Benj. Berrisford, in the business of Iron Turners, and carried on at Winkhill, in Staffordshire, under the firm of Briundred and Berrisford, and which has been continued since the decease of the said James Brundred by his widow Mrs. Ann Brundred, and the said Benjamin Berrisford, was this day finally determined.
All Debts owing to or by the concern, which will be carried on by Mr. Berrisfotd solely, will be received and paid by Mr. Joseph Hall, and Mr. James Lawton, of Far Winkhill aforesaid, Innkeeper, two of the executors of Mr. Brundred. And all persons indebted thereto, are first desired to pay their respective debts forthwith ; and the creditors are requested to send in a particular of their demands in order to a speedy settlement of affairs. Dated at Winkhill aforesaid, the 26th June, 1805.

1807 Advertisement:
'To be Sold by Private Contract, A Large new erected and substantial Building, in complete repair, consisting of Iron Forge Mill, a Turning Mill for making Rollers, and other apartments well supplied with Water, in which there are Two Water. Wheels, New Steam Engine, and all necessary Gearing and Materials, situate at Winkill Bridge, in the parish of Waterfall, the county of Stafford, with some Meadow Land adjoining, containing about 7 Acres.
The above premises are well adapted for carrying on any other Mill concern, and adjoin the Turnpike Road from London to Manchester, by which two mails and four other coaches pass daily — distant about 8 miles from Ashborne, and 7 from Leek, contiguous to a Navigation, aud the possession of Messrs. Brundred and Berrisford, who will shew the premises.
