1891 Living at Carr Manor, Chapel Allerton: Frederic W. Walker (age 31 born Leeds), Civil Engineer, also manufacturer of Engines and Hydraulics and Other Machinery. With his wife Charlotte Walker (age 32 born Tranmere) and their three daughters; Ursula Walker (age 8 born Leeds); Kathleen Walker (age 6 born Leeds); and Phylis Walker (age 5 born Leeds). Four servants.[1]

1911 Living at Carr Manor, Chapel Allerton: Frederick William Tannett-Walker (age 51 born Leeds), Civil and Mechanical Engineer and Employer. With his wife Charlotte Tannett-Walker (age 51 born Tranmere) and their two daughters; Ursula Tannett-Walker (age 28 born Leeds) and Phyllis Tannett-Walker (age 25 born Leeds). They have been married 29 years with 3 children of whom two are living. Three servants.[2]

1917 March 6th. Died in WWI as Colonel in Royal Engineers
