- 1879 It floated the Easton Neston Mineral and Towcester, Roade and Olney Junction Railway
- 1908 The railways of the East and West Junction Railway Company and the Stratford-upon-Avon Railway Company are worked as one line by a joint committee. The East and West Junction Railway Company's line is 33.25 miles long and the Stratford-upon-Avon Railway Company's line is 10.75 miles long. The joint committee also uses the Evesham, Redditch and Stratford-upon-Avon Junction Railway, which is 7.5 miles long. [2]
