1972 The Hermetic Rubber Co became an investment holding company called Centreway Securities[1]

1973 Acquired S. J. and E. Fellows[2]. Acquired an interest in Blakeys Malleable Castings[3]

1986 Centreway Industries, a subsidiary, sold Hermetic Rubber Co for cash[4]
