Sydney Harry Cropper, Charles Arthur Charlton, Arthur Shelbourne, James Caldwell Hole, Henry Ernest Newstead, and Henry Chetwin, carrying an business as Engineers and Machinists, at Parkinson-street, Nottingham, under the style or firm of the Cropper Machines Company, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 18th day of May, 1894.
