1967 Merger of the interests of 3 companies in waterproof papers, plastic films and bags, self-adhesive tapes and other products - Cope, Allman and Co, Capseals Ltd and PMA Holdings. Later Capseals acquired its partner's interests[1]
1982 Worcester Engineering acquired the Packaging Products subsidiary of Capseals specialising in waterproof and barrier papers[2]
