1985 Established in Washington, Tyne & Wear as a joint venture company between the TI Group and the Nihon Radiator Manufacturing Co[1]

1988 Nihon Radiator Manufacturing Co is renamed Calsonic Corporation in Japan

1989 Fully acquired by Calsonic and renamed Calsonic Exhaust Systems

1991 Calsonic Exhaust (UK) renamed Calsonic Automotive Products

2000 Calsonic and Kansei merge in Japan as Calsonic Kansei Corporation

2002 Calsonic Automotive Products and Llanelli Radiators merged as Calsonic Kansei UK Ltd
