1861 Locomotive engine designed by James R. Davies and built under the supervision of William Errington by Hunt and Opie. Designed to run on wooden rails.

Believed was sent to New Zealand and used initially on the unsuccessful Invercargill Railway. The locomotive did not suit the wooden rails, but was later used on a bush tramway after being converted to an 0-4-0 and regauged.
