1980 With Crouch Group formed CODEC (GRC)[7]
1981 With Pace Petroleum acquired Aston Martin Lagonda[8]. Acquired property developer Audmore Properties.
1983 Established a factory at Milton Keynes for Aston Martin Tickford to make Jaguar cabriolets, the Jaguar Capri, for BL[9]
1986 Acquired car components supplier, Valor Bruce, from Valor Co in exchange for shares[10]
1991 the company had heavy borrowings and, when it went into loss, receivers were appointed[11]
