1844 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, John Cook Wynn and Robert Grove, both of Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, as Tool and Steel Toy Makers, under the firm of W. and C. Wynn and Co was dissolved, on the 24th day of June last past,, by effluxion of time; and that all debts owing to and due from the said late firm will be received and paid by the said John Cook Wynn, by whom the said business will in future be carried on under the style or firm of W. and C.
