1824 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Joseph Warden and the late William Marston, both of Birmingham, in the County of Warwick, Dealers in Iron, is dissolved. All debts due to and owing from the Partnership will be received and paid by the said Joseph Warden, by whom the trade will in future be carried on, on his own account: As witness our hands the 11th day of December 1824. Joseph Warden. Ann Marston, John Podmore, Saml. Smith, Executrix and Executors of the said William Marston'[1]
