'...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, John Blackburn and Isaac Blackburn, carrying on the trade of a Scale-Maker, at No. 126, Minories, London, under the firm of Blackburn and Son, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; the business will in future be carried on by the said Isaac Blackburn alone...'[4]
