Green's Patent Tube Co, of Patent Tube Works, Leak Street, Birmingham
After various experiments, Charles Green succeeded in drawing of solid brass tubes for locomotive and marine boilers
1841 he started works in Birmingham for the manufacture of solid-drawn brass boiler tubes, which ultimately came into general use in place of the previous brazed tubes.
1848 of Tube Works, Leek Street, Birmingham.
1866 Acquired by Elliotts Metal Co
