1891 Incorporated as a limited company. Formed to take over the business of Perry, Cutbill, De Lungo and Co

Business: The construction of all classes of Public Works, including Railways, Harbours, Floating Docks, Waterworks, &c. Jointly with R. W. Wright, Esq., the Company have constructed the Pretoria-Pietersburg Railway, in South Africa, 285 kilometres in length, at a cost of £1,533,000. They also constructed for the Government of Trinidad a Floating Dock, and erected in Trinidad large Workshops fitted with the latest type of machinery for dealing with extensive alterations to Ships of the Royal Navy and the Merchant Service generally, and have recently constructed and equipped in Peru the Railway from Ancon to Sayan, with Branches to Chancay and to Huacho Port, a length of some 212 kilometres.
