1834 born in Camberwell son of Freeman Roe (1808-1870), hydraulic engineer
1871 William Freeman Roe was an assistant to a hydraulic engineer; lived in Lambeth with his wife Louisa Roe 38; also in the same house was William Bobby 19, apprentice to a hydraulic engineer[1]. Presumably he was running the business built up by his father Freeman Roe
1881 he was a hydraulic engineer[2]
1891 died in South Norwood[3].
