1869 Advertisement. ' EARLE'S FIELD IRON WORKS, GRANTHAM. MESSRS. PAWSON and Co., Agricultural Implement Makers and Engineers, respectfully return thanks for the patronage conferred upon them, and solicit the inspection of Agriculturists to an improved Patent Portable Steam Engine and Combined Thrashing Machine, built upon the latest and most approved principle, which is now on view their works. Old Machines and Engines repaired and altered to work according to P. and Co.'s new and improved principles.'[1]
